Product Description
Powered by advanced deep learning algorithms, the GVRS Series extends sorting capabilities beyond traditional color separation. It can detect and remove complex contaminants such as wood, aluminum cap seals, nutshells, and other non-PET materials that are often difficult to identify.
Sorting Applications
✅ PET flakes & powder (including mixed colors): Effectively removes wood, nutshells, and aluminum foil for improved transparency and cleanliness.
✅ ABS/PS mixed plastics: Detects and removes wood and other non-plastic contaminants, enhancing downstream processing accuracy.
✅ PP/PE materials: Targets and eliminates wood debris and aluminum seals, boosting sorting efficiency and material quality.
