Product Description
ABS and PS plastics share very similar appearance and texture, making fast and accurate separation difficult with manual or conventional mechanical methods.
The GIMAX PRO, equipped with advanced 3D NIR (near-infrared) sensor technology, is optimized for ABS/PS flake sorting. It precisely detects subtle material differences, and high-speed jet valves then separate the plastics with exceptional accuracy, achieving up to 99.9% purity in the final product.
