Continuing our pioneering tradition, AMD® GLPI is a color& material sorter mainly used for the separation of PET & NON-PET bottles, HDPE & Non-HDPE bottles with the combination of 3 essential
technologies at once. This near infrared plastic sorting machine can sort labeled bottles, off-label bottles, plastic bottles with labels, mixed plastic bottles in bale form, loose plastic bottles, plastic food packaging, etc.
AMD Core Technologies
NIR Sorting Technology: Due to the unique NIR spectral fingerprints of polymers used in plastics, the GLPI NIR Plastic Sorter can detect small differences in composition and precisely separate plastics (polymers) of different types.
Deep Learning Technology: AMD® is the first to introduce deep learning technology to the optical sorting industry. Through the integration of core technologies such as modeling technology, deep learning algorithm, and intelligent collection self-learning system, AMD® deep learning series products can easily recognize material characteristics from multiple dimensions such as color, shape, texture, light weight, soft and hard, etc., and comprehensively improve the sorting accuracy.
